Essential Functions: Manages and oversees all surveillance functions including background investigations, TSP investigations, technical operations, and information archiving. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures, within the framework and intent of the MGM Resorts International and MGM Grand Detroit Mission Statement. Location: Detroit, Michigan Position Summary: It is the responsibility of the Director, Surveillance to protect the integrity of all operations within the property including the gaming areas of table games, slots, count rooms, cages, and all other areas of business operation while providing excellent guest service.
